Does anyone have Fibro with high blood pressure?
It only holds me back if I 'let' it

Yes. I was diagnosed with fibro 4 or 5 years ago after many series of epidual shots - neck and lower back, which did not help.

I've had hi bp for many years and now take 3 different meds (that have side effects). Best wishes to you in living with Fibro.

I've been through a ton of bp meds but they haven't been able to find one or a combination that works..... The newest med they put me on for the high bp is Clonidine Transdermal. It's a .1mg patch that you change every 7 days. Have been on it for 1 week with the Inderol and have seen the lowest numbers in years but it's mostly in the mornings before I get up and am active.... Frustrating! Sometimes I just wanna stop taking all of the meds and start over. I take too many.... in my opinion. 35yrs old and I have a patch, 5 pills per day plus my two vitamins.... insane.
It only gets the best of me if I let it

no caffeine
no chocolate- I know, but these are two of the greatest culprits to cause of fibro pain!

regular sleep pattern

Gabapentin, not Cymbalta 3 times per day, the Dr. will up the dosage gradually.
