I know exercise is important...

Exercise (ie. walking around a track, warm water therapy, etc.) completely wears me out. I have to take a couple hour nap after I exercise. I know exercise and stretching are important, especially for someone with fibromyalgia but I am often afraid to go exercise when I know I will need strength later in the day to do something else. Does anyone else feel this way? What do you do?
