Hello! I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after a 3 year battle of the doctors. The hardest thing I have had to deal with is the incredible fatigue that overwhelms me. My Doc finally listened to me and prescribed a different meds regimen which I start tonight. Yeah! My question is this; what are your tips for motivation to move when you just can't seem to lift a finger? I have tried having family members come in and bully me out of bed and they are too soft. I own my own business and thanks to my wonderful employees, they have been picking up my slack since this has set in really hard in the last year. But I have to find a trick to take that first step in the "rise and shine" process. Any suggestions are appreciated. I look forward to learning from you all. Thanks!
