Is this something you would consider taking for your Fibromyalgia pain? Is anxiety part of the picture for you? How do you handle your pain and/or anxiety now?
I have 2 family member here in Oregon who are using it for Pain. The may be pain free at times but they are very into the high part and stay that way.
As for me NO WAY!!!! Im a recovering addict....12 steps for me...LOL cloud

I have a wonderful guided imagery CD for FM and Chronic Fatigue and when the pain gets too bad I will go and sit down with the CD and I lose myself for a little over an hour and the pain is lessened when I am done. I actually fall asleep for a little bit and it is almost a pleasure to wake up.
I have played it sometimes as much as 2x a day.
No Pot for me.
Hugs, Pat
Otherwise, I wouldn't be adverse to trying it if it was something that my doctor recommended. I just don't think it would help me much.
We've used Marinol for years to treat chemo induced nausea and lack of appetite, especially in young people. I am unaware of how Marinol and Nabilone are different other than this is a new and improved form (ie makes the drug company more money).
I'm only on Celebrex now, take nothing for anxiety. When I was rinally diagnosed, I educated myself as much as I could and understood more of what was going on. I very rarely have anxiety now, unless I am under undue stress.
As for sleeping, I have a "talk with God" every night and I can usually sleep 6 hours sometimes 8.
Hugs
Jan
I don't have anxiety as an issue for myself, but I seem to bring it out in others...hmmmmm, imagine that??
The ouch levels are handled with a combination of meds and meditation...Plus, that new bed sure is helping too...4 nights in a row with no Ambien needed to get and stay asleep..YAY! And my pain meds have been cut in half (as to frequency)...COOL! Of course, my memory still isn't...isn't ... isn't...what was I saying?
Dunno...does it give you the munchies? If so, probably not...don't need any extra tonnage here
Toodles,
Jim

Have a great evening
Jan
I am sure it has its place and I will never say never. Some days we will do just about anything to be rid of the pain. Most days I would rather stretch, put heat all over, take a muscle relaxer, sleeping aid and pray.
Great post Caprice. I thought most people would go for it shows you how much I know.
Okay, now you have it, that's why I have fog!
No, but on a serious note; it's great for pain, I dont take pills other than Tylenol. Hope you dont think less of me.....Luv All!
