When I went to get on it shows two sites for fibromyalgia. I went to the WebMD group yesterday and now and that seems like where everyone is going, but this morning I found a post from GrampaBear(JIM) on the other one. Which one are we suppose to use and what is the difference? Help I don't understand this.

This is the "Official" webMD moderated FM exchange. People can create their own exchanges and make them public or private. Those public exchanges will appear on the main list too.

The easiest thing to do is favorites this board. If you are using internet explorer, you may also be able to add this link to your toolbar along the top of your screen. It depends upon what version you are using.

I have created a private exchange called We are FMily, essentually to grab the name before someone we don't know did. I'm not going to invite people to join at this point. We need to figure this out first.

Hello Niaggi.....I should have told you....this is my take on what this means....it might mean something else to others....

But I am one of the oldie goldies here....and have found this a very unique group of caring and sharing people...

We are all in the same boat....striving to finds ways to help us all cope better with FM...and the challenges we face and the struggles we go through having to live with the wrath of the dragon, aka FM....

There are a lot of good information shared among us....we have found very good "tools and tips" for others to try...

We are all different though...and what helps one...may or may not help another....

But you are the only one who can say....if something works for you.....as with everything else in life....it is a trial and error process.....which takes time and effort....to figure out what your body needs to cope....or to lessen the pain you are having....

I hope this helps....and I hope you will hang out with us....

We are FMily.....

MiMi
