Flares

I had a really painful day yesterday. Fatigue level high. Doing the simplest things cause my arms and legs to feel so fatigued. I felt like I had been in the gym all day. Spent most of the day in the recliner. It hurt to walk. Sound was deafening. Pain level was topping out at a 10. I wanted to cry.My DH tried everything to help me feel better. He hates it when I don't feel good.

Today is a bit better. I was able to get a few things done around the house as well as a little puttering outdoors.

Does anyone else get a burning sensation in their mouth when a flare comes up? It drives me crazy! I have read that some people with fibro do experience the burning sensation. Was just wondering if any of my new friends have to deal with it too.

Sounds like you had a rough time. My mouth doesn't burn but I feel like I have a bad sunburn sometimes. No redness- just skin pain Mary

Oh boy, that was a rough day. I hate when that happens!

I've not had a burning sensation in my mouth, but that sounds annoying. I seem to get canker sores quite often though.

Did you figure out any reason for the flare? Lots of times I can't, and that is frustrating too.

Margret,

No, I don't know the reason for the flare. That really bugs me too. Sometimes they just come on for no reason. I was very happy I was not working that day. There was no way I could have made it through a day of work.

Thanks for all responding!

Kim
