good article... thanks for sharing... I didn't know low vit D had an effect on my auto immune disease.. and MS... I guess I never read things close enough or wasn't going the right places... I was told by my old neurologist I needed to brush up on todays happenings... I was outdated lol... so I have started to read more but I just got started when I lost function in my legs a few week ago... had nothing to do but sit here...

thanks again for adding to my knowledge... that is something I really like about you... I wish we were closer so we could research together...

Hello Jan.....we are close....as close as the computer will allow us to be....just reach out and touch...this is why we are here together....to learn from each other...2 heads are indeed better than one....well....we have many heads that are put together with all sorts of valuable information....

I try to share most anything and everything about FM that I find....and of course the Vitamin D....one might say that I am *stuck on Vitamin D*....when I first got sick I did a lot of research and I could not believe just how old Vitamin D is....years ago...I guess the medical researchers just did not study all of the vitamins...

I do know just how much this has affected my life....and I will continue to be an outsearch to others....as long as I am able...

I know when I first starting talking about Vitamin D on this site....well...I am sure there were some FMers thought I had *lost my mind*....but it didn't matter...I continued....(and still I do)....my daughter finally got hers tested...and her level was 2....OMG...no wonder she had so much chronic pain...she is better now...

Anyway...I hope you are feeling better...
