Morning FMily.....MiMi in NC...and I am not quite sure exactly why I am up this early....I know that I am very tired....but when I wake up and can not go back to sleep...then it is time for me to get up....regardless of whether or not I am ready....I think it is going to be cooler for the next couple of days...

Here is hoping each of you had a good night's rest...and I hope today will be a good day for all of us. I kept Noah a while yesterday...he was asleep when I got there and woke up later...he was in such a good mood when he woke up....he wanted to watch scooby doo....his favorite we watched it...I have to laugh as I also use to love to watch it myself...and I am not a cartoon person....grand babies are the sweetest rewards for grandparents to love and enjoy....I sure hope that I will soon be able to see my granddaughter as well..

Welcome to the new members who have joined our unique FM support group....I am sure each of you will soon find something that will help you cope better...learning how to cope with the wrath of the dragon does take a trial and error process for each of hang in here and you will surely find some good information on things that might help you.

Vitamin D....*my favorite subject* sure and ask your doctor to check your Vitamin D level which is important to a lot of people these days...low Vitamin D can cause some of us to have additional pain and it can also affect other illnesses as is a simple blood test...but you MUST ASK the doctor to check it...since it is NOT included in the normal bloodwork that the doctors do..

I hope those of you who are having health issues will be able to feel better today....I know it gets tough on us when we are trying to heal from another thing besides any of us need just one more thing to deal with....I know for me that times it seemed like an eternity before I could heal or start to feel better...we, FMers, must keep on keeping on though until we succeed...

That's my story and I'm sticking to it on this Wednesday....

Have a good day and try to enjoy some sunshine if you have it.

My personal exchanges are Vitamin D and Pain and Wrath of the Dragon....if you care to visit..

I don't have grandkids (yet), but I have a marvelous time with my greatnieces and nephew (3mons, 6yrs) when they come over, so how blessed you are, Mimi!

If I wake up at 4 or later, I just get up, too. Might as well get some things done. The past few weeks have been difficult for me. Fatigue has been overriding, and work has been busy, so no rest for the weary. Our son in Afghanistan has not been able to contact us for over 2 weeks (he told us he would not be able to for a while), and I worry for him. One 'good' thing about the military, if there is bad news, you get it quick, so although I know he is fine, I want to hear it from his lips:)

I had cellulitis in my right pinkie a few weeks ago, took antibiotics and the swelling and redness went away, but the pain is still there and getting worse. The hand doctor (orthopedic guy) said he would send me to an infectious disease specialist next, but it doesn't look infected any more, it just hurts a little more every day. I hate running back to the doctor when there is no visible problem. If it doesn't look infected, what is an infectious disease specialist going to do?? Annoying!

Fatigue, worry, work stress, good heavens, I feel like such a weenie sometimes, like I should be 'stronger'. My mental attitude has improved the past few days, thankfully. I think I have been worrying the hubs a good bit:) I hope everyone has a great day.

    Happy Middle-Week Day!

Still cold here, they're predicting 60s today and tomorrow, with occasional rain. It sounds like more of the winter just past. I haven't taken my summer clothes out and put my winter clothes in storage yet, tho' I did drag out a couple pairs of shorts and tee shirts last week when it was in the 80s!

I'm feeling better than I was Monday. That constant pounding of "music" sent me into a mini-flare. I went to a yoga class last night, and tho' I felt better I had a tough time getting to sleep.

I'm still looking for work, but nobody's hiring even part-timers! Hmmm, maybe that's why I'm not sleeping. Going to make another attempt today, we'll see what tomorrow brings... tomorrow.

MiMi - enjoy Noah while he's a little one, and make the Nana memories he'll remember always.

Pam - Prayers for your son's safe return. You could have an infection and not see it if it's in the bone. I hope it's something simple and treatable!

Have the best day you can possibly have,

    Good morning

MiMi, you're not the only one who's been up for way too long. I never really got into a good sleep last night and I finally gave up at about 2:45 this morning. Oh gave me more *quiet* time to work on my assignment.

MiMi - I hope you'll be able to take it easy today and get plenty of rest tonight to make up for last night.

Pam - *HUGS* Not being in contact with your son must put you under a lot of stress. I have two boys and the older one wants to join the military right out of high school. He's turning 15 this Saturday, so it won't be too many more years. I hope you hear from your son soon.

Lou - I love it when the temps are in the 60s! Once it reaches above 85* I'm ready for it to cool off We'll be in the upper 50s to mid-60s all week. Now if only it wasn't raining...

I need to go find something for breakfast. I hope you're all having a good week so far and those who are sick will be healthy soon.

    ~air hugs~

I had a much better day today. I worked hard today but was lucky enough to be outside. It was nice out and the time went by fast.

My massage went very well, she said I had some rediculously tight upper leg muscles, worse than she has seen in years. I had no idea until she was working on them. It may be why my right foot is turned out, making me walk a little funny, therefor goofing up my back and shoulders. I feel refreshed. I made another appointment for next month.

Sleep well my FMily, take care.
