Good Sunday everyone. I do wish you all a wonderful day today and hope that you have few, if any, fibro issues or pain.

This will be a short post as I still am watching GS and he is one busy little 4 year old.

MiMi, so sorry that your back and stomach are still bothering you and are causing you pain. As I've mentioned I understand so well as I have been dealing with lower back pain and stomach issues for weeks now. Wishing you a day that is stomach and back pain free.

It's over cast and rainy here today. Not cold, but not a nice day to be out of doors. It rained last night and will rain, most of the day on and off they say. Kinda good I guess since we are heading into summer now and can always use a good soaking.

DH and I will drive up to DD's house in a few hours to hand the little GS over to his mom and dad this afternoon. I will be relieved to do this as GS has kept me moving none stop since Tuesday. His mother must have an energy reserve pack that I don't because I am just drained and wish I could take a vacation.

To Angelswife, sorry I have been out a the loop with you and how your doing. Do forgive me. I am also going to get that over due letter out to you for the scarf. I have just been so under the weather and then with the vacation in Orlando and now the little one here it's been crazy.. but look for it to arrive@ your house some time next week.

To everyone who comes here regularly here's wishing you all a good day. Sorry I have not been posting to each of you but I have just been so out of it.

As for my health issues I just got hit with so much at one time. A bad head cold, ear infection, a stomach flu and back pain. Just over whelmed me and I have had to hardest time getting up and over these.

The ear infection is clearing up with the use of antibiotic ear drops every few hours and I'll see the doctor next week to make sure it's clearing up. The cold is gone and I can talk again. I do have a cough but it's not much. The back pain is easing a bit and I will get my back adjusted next week.
And as to the fibro issues I did start the last IBS medication my doctor scripted for me 2 weeks ago and didn't take, because I knew my doctor would kill me if I had shown up at my appointment on the 24 and hadn't at least tried it. It's an older script for IBS symptoms called Donna Bella- Phenobarbital. So far it's been okay, no feeling like I'm drying out and no racing heart like the other 2 did.. A good thing.
And it is helping because I am not having so many tummy problems like I had last week.

Okay, GS is wanting something so I should get off line here and see what that something is.

Happy Birthday Nana!

After moving as little as posiible I am greatful that today I could function better. I was only comfortable yesterday sitting up on the couch or laying in bed flat on my back.

I was pleasantly surprised to have minimal back pain this morning. I was able to get outside and do some light yard clean-up and take my Mountain bike about 4 miles. Late afternoon we took our three mile walk and other than it wearing me out afterward I was good. I overdid it a little, but it was so nice to move. It was suny and beuatiful today.

HOLY CRAP.....I got sun for my birthday!! I had to clean the house outside, all the pollen and mold on everything again..the sandbox area actually had a snake over there..Olivia would have run to N.J.! So my morning was real busy.

I got to rest as of 12noon....no sitting in the sun though, didn't feel right. I think this will be the start of not tanning for me.

A beautiful day I had....painful night from all the stairs and lifting trays of food....but DS#1 helped once they got there.

I was overloaded on FB with happy birthdays and I have to say you really don't realise how many people you have gotten to know until FB shows you all in one day!! My phone is hooked into it so it was ringing from 6:30 on.

Thanks so much for the hugs and caring to wish me well.

I had the bubble machine going the whole day, the yard was PARTY CITY.... madelyn was a joy, so any smiles this girl has!

Today (Monday) I have shots and this aftermnoon I see the a new vascular doctor to attack the veins again. this will be the 4 or 5th operation for my mess. BUT the left leg needs attention.

Just hoping to not remove so many that the collaterals fail and I am in vascular pain (cramping) all the time. I am up to thigh high stockings now. (sexy with lace) but still!

DH marked my back for shots 18 from the shoulder down and the there is the shoulders and the necks scalenes that are attacked....BUT I will be a fine tuned motor after the session. .

Glad I found my therapy.....glad I can afford it! I know there will be a time this will be a challenge, but we will see, when that bridge shows up...I will figure it out.

Oh Mimi...DS2 got Olivia a fairy in a jar...got it at KMart and it is amazing. It is a butterfly type thing with a wire...you tap on the top and she flutters around. With Tinkerbell so big in her life...AMAZING GIFT. It is a mason jar and looks as though (just like in the movie) one of the fairies was caught! a gift that right now was P R I C E L E S S !

Olivia kept saying "Hey wake up!" then the magic in her eyes!!
I never saw this, with all the Nana shopping I do....(he always gets the best gifts...last year it wa the horse "muffin") So unique that kid!!
