Knee pain and knee locking so that I can not walk

Since I got diagnoised with FM, my right knee will lock up on me so that I can not straighten my leg or put weight on my foot with out having extreme pain. I have this sometimes 2 - 3 times a day. Sometimes the pain will only last a minute or two, but other days it will last for 3 days or more. I have to use a walker to walk and then I can only put weight on my toes to walk. My RA doctor did an ultrasound and said it showed nothing but a little swelling. I am now on day 4 of nof not being able to walk. I hate going back to the doctor for him to tell me nothing is wrong. I had to miss work today because I have to walk 1/4 of mile to get to my office. I am at my wits end. I can not even leave my mobile home because I can not get down the steps, I have also been diagnosed with gout. Has anyone heard of this condition? Thanks for being here for me to ask questions.

My latest symptom from my FM is my hip on the left side. If I keep moving Its okay, but if I sit or lay down it stiffins up. One of my doctors says its artiritis. I know its the Fibro because its in the connective tissue. The hip flexor I guess. So what do you take for the pain?

I take Motrin 800 mg and Flexeril a muscle relaxer. These do not help much. I also use a heating pad that helps the pain a little. Luckily most of my pain is just when I am trying to walk. Then the pain is unbearable. Gooe luck with your hip. Thanks for replying back to me.
