Good Thursday to each and everyone. I hope your day is going well and that you will have few, if any, fibro issues or pain to deal with today.
This will be a short post as I have to be out the door, again, for an early a.m. doctor appointment. I keep telling myself that I need to make these things later in the morning but always take the first thing these receptionists offer.
CeCe, I know this teaching position would be a perfect fit for you. So I've got my fingers crossed that this job comes thru. And as MiMi said: if not this one, the next one for sure.
And MiMi, sorry you had an early morning wake up call with stomach issues. I sure wish you had some idea of what was causing the problems so you could get treatment for it. Here's wishing you a good day with no stomach issue while you watch Alec.
It's nice here today, sunny and warm and it will be like this for a few more days It was really nice yesterday as I drove around doing errands and keeping appointments. I am going to enjoy being out again today so it should be nice again as well.
I have an early a.m. appointment with my new foot doctor and then it's right over to the clinic to get an ultra sound done of my kidney's and bladder. Also some blood work.

This is a once a year thing just to make sure everything is okay and that I have no issues to deal with. I don't like giving the blood tho. I am getting rechecked for diabetes because my urologist thinks the first test should have been done with me fasting.. and it wasn't. Doctor also wants to make sure that when I fell a few weeks ago and hit my left side under the rib cage that I didn't hurt anything, so a good thing to get the tests done.
After our doctor appointments DH and I are heading up to the Pro Bass store in the Opry Mills Mall, Nashville. I promised DH a new fishing rod for Father's Day. So I want to get up there and get one for him before all the other Father Day shopper's deplete the shelves because of the sale ads for Father's Day idea fishing rods this week.
Then its on to see our oldest daughter and have dinner with her and her family. It's her birthday today and we invited her out to the restaurant of her choice for a meal to celebrate her special day. I wonder so often where these years have gone to as they have passed so quickly. My youngest is 30 and the oldest is 34 today. I wouldn't want all those years back, but wish now that they had gone a bit more slowly so I could enjoy them a bit more.
Okay, I'm off line here, wishing each of you a good day.
Gentle hugs out to all, Linda R
