My migraine meds worked after the second one and I suffered unduly for I didn't have anyone here to read the directions... I waited longer then I needed to to take the second one... like by about 3 hours... lol... leave it to the blind leading the blind lol... No one was around to help...

but the set back is that within 45 minutes of taking both of them my sugar crashed.. so being a diabetic I have to watch taking them and eat with them... I hadn't eaten much with the first one I was nauseous... but I did when I crashed to 65... the second time I took it I ate a little ice cream and still crashed to 70... so I have to be careful... luckily it doesn't make me drowsy...

I am better this morning... even my all over pain is better... but I am weak again... it was 77 degrees last night at 3 am and when I got up this morning at 6 am it was already 90... the heat is hard on me... I hope you all don't have near the problem with it... I have a spray bottle handy to cool off with and drink cold water alot... and sit right under the ceiling fan... I don't know what else to do... I already take 3 to 4 showers to cool off... what more can I do... mmm wonder if a kids wading pool will fit in my bedroom... lol... filled with ice lol... I wouldn't be able to move from the muscle spasms lol...

I am excited about having 2 of my daughters kids for a while... they are so excited too... they are even trying to be good for their mom and dad... but they had a hard time this morning and she called to have me talk to them... Dommy my 8 yr old grandson said he just am going to lose it lol.. that's what his mom tells me all the time... and Janet my 11 yr old granddaughter says she needed to go back to bed and wake lol... My daughter says I help the darnedest things lol... like I toldany them what to say lol...

anyway unfortionately it will be a quick trip... My son can't leave until Saturday night or Sunday morning and we have to be back by Tuesday morning... Leave it to a dr appointment to mess up a good dream... lol... lol...

It is my baby girls 30th birthday on Monday... we will get to spend some of it with her... I think about how little my little premature baby was and look at her today with 5 kids of her own... wow... and I feel so old... lol... lol... lol...

Well... I want to make a couple of phone calls and get things organised if only in my mind for the trip... I have to find things and get something to pack my meds in and ways to keep my insulin cold... and what do I wear... lol... I haven't been on a trip for years... and don't want to forget anything I need... like my neck pillow... I will miss my neck brace... but my velcro died on mine lol... and I want to rest as much as I can while my son isn't working... He goes in about 3 hours... so time is getting short...
