    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I am so tired this evening. I took a nice nap this afternoon but I got up without feeling rested.

I have a counseling session tomorrow and I dread the drive there and back. And after the drive there, will I have enough energy for the session and the drive home? I've never had to cancel a session because I was too tired.

I hate, hate, hate fibro and what it has done to me!

Mary from Missouri with temps near 100 for the rest of the week.
I'm strong willed and I tell it like it is. I make mistakes, I'm sometimes out of control, but I love and give with all my heart. Have patience with me as I heal.

Yeah, the heat makes the fatigue even worse!

I used to find the car a/c irritating when it blew on me, but now I keep the car chilly on hot days. Does your car a/c work? If so, max it out on your ride to keep your energy up.

We in VA will be heating up later this week, ugh.
    With Compassion,
    Margaret
