Morning all, I was awaken by the cat at 2:30 and the pain of my body was not going to let me back to sleep so I took my morning meds and the day starts! YUCK.
The wedding is next Friday so alot to finish up here. Wroking the next two days and then Vacation! Excited for my sister to come from Florida. HOPING so much for good weather. though rain comes almost each day

Still in a low pain place for now. Hopiing for that too. Weight is coming back on as I have not walked with the bad legs. The surgery was so good and the left leg healing well. Such a great procedure and new tools now. I have a closure and removal of more varicso veins (a genetic tragedy for me). 5th surgery.
Liked the new doc and will have surgery again in September. I won't wait to go walking til then. As I am blowing up. MOVE is a mantra for us too.
My DS is better from the food poisoning and saw GI yesterday all is well. Just in time for hi sw edding....:0 man that was close!

I can't believe the wedding is right around the corner! Wow, time flies. I bet your home is sparkling by now, as you sound like you have an eye for how to make a house a "home."

Crap we had that storm with the tornadoes and I AM A MESS. All the work in the yard is all over the place and branches down (thank GOD for no trees down)!. Lost electric and I am sad....
I have now, all of this week to pace and recapture the MAGIC*. BUT i see only rain everyday in the forecast.
I CAN'T win.
My home is not ready...I have to wipe down the windows where the cat puts her noseand spider are everywhere in every bush...!
Get the fridge done and empty for food, food shop...and plan the meals around the outings. I have to have stuff here for guests.....I eat little and gluten free, so not even bread or milk in the house!
If I could post a picture of the mess outside you all would cringe at what is ahead. NO HUSBAND...he is manning the store as the GROOM is in Atlantic city for his bachelor party...
again, I can't win. I get frustrated in the alone moments I have...but it is better sometimes NOT TO HAVE someone around to hear me.....
I will pull it all together. This is where the Savella is the bow on the box. I could never do this all without it.
Tomorrow listen out your windows...it will be my BLOWER you hear as I dig out the yard again and try to make it right!.

OMG....Nana B...I am so sorry about the weather...
Please remember to pace, pace and pace...so you can at least enjoy the wedding. Can you find someone to help you with at least the yard? I hope so.
You know, normal people, put themselves in a fast pace when something is going on....and use up the reserved energy that they have...pushing themselves to the limit to get everything done..but you know...we are not the *normal* any more...I know how you feel...so much to do and little time to do it...but please remember not to cross your line...do what is absolutely important...and try not to stress..Stress gets me in deep trouble every time...and it is not worth it.
I am sure things will go smoothly like they should.

My kitties mark up our windows too. I think it's cute until company is coming, then I'm like you and cleaning them off. That's hard on your shoulders, so delegate that one too!
Careful with the blower as that is rough on the shoulders too! Limit yourself so you can have a good time. That's more important.

Thanks guys for the hints......I almost have given up on the idea of the Bar B Q outside...as rain is in the report EVERYDAY....the bride is crying for Friday and it is again as I said, God's way of telling me I am not in control!
So I didn't do anything yesterday outside and then it POURED like the dickens and the leaves are all down again.. SO see....the pool is overfull and needs vaccuming and I think will be too cold for the kids now, even if the dsun was shining bright on Sunday.
The problem with rain all wek, it stops the paced doing outside I need to do. These poor kids can't get a break. The pictures with the photographer will be IN the house and now I am trying to figure where THAT should be?
I need fresh flowers and something to make it more ELEGANT...(I am not elegant) I am Early American/ Tuscan decor...if you can picture that. Lots of Oak and colorings of fall...
