I get a lot of calf pain and pain behind my knee. I went thru all the testing to make sure not blood clot etc. I used to take flexril at night before going to bed. ( 0ut of my meds)

Last night though was different I kept waking to my foot, the bottom it mostly cramping and my toes trying to curl up. I usually get this if my body thinks I have been driving too long. Which varies by the given day! lol But I don't usually get it a night. I drank water all day too as doc said keep hydrated for the muscle cramping.
