    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Magnesium Question
    missist posted:
I know someone can help with this.. I cannot remember why I'm taking Magnesium. LOL.
Been rough recently, my memory is just going all to pot.
    dollbug responded:
Hello Mary....magnesium is really good for us helps with a lot of *things*....perhaps you should *google it and read up on it*....Dr Oz talks about how many people do NOT get enough of it. For me this is next to Vitamin D and Vitamin B.

I think sometimes we get so wrapped up in trying to find relief that we do forget why we are taking vitamins and supplements.

    Take care.

    missist replied to dollbug's response:
    Thanks Mimi,
I'm just filling pill containers for the week and its a huge pill, so I was thinking-- what is that for again?

I think I need something to boost my brain! I'm as foggy as the weather here.
