Pain All Over My Body

I do have a lift for my shorter leg. The problem is that I live in Florida and we wear flip flops all the time. The only time I can wear the lift is with tennis shoes. Otherwise, I walk out of my shoes, even little flats. My entire problem is on the left side of by body. But, the over use of my right hand affects the left side.

JimmaLou,

Most shoe stores (the REAL ones, not the discount ones) have lifts available in different sizes. Buy some and KrazyGlue them in place in your flip flops. You might want to use a few drops of quick glue to hold them in place and a few drops of longer lasting glue to keep them in place. Keep the drops separate along the undersurface of the lift and/or the top surface of the shoe.

Worth a try.

Bette
