Very very intresting here

I already take most of these but i don't take them in the manner they suggest such as before meals or in between meals. may have to try that.

Hello Erin.....thanks for sharing......I could not believe the info here.....I had no idea that this was available.....I do take a lot of these myself....but not as much as they recommend and not in the manner either that they suggest.....so I will try this....also they had several suggestions for energy.....so I will certainly try those also....

I hope everyone will read this.....I sure do miss being able to star what is really important.....I wish this feature was still here.....take care .....

I was amazed that in all my searches I had not found this previously before as well. sure would have made things easier when i was starting.

at the bottom you can go to their fibro home page. lots of other good info there too.

Erin......I now understand why I can keep my pain level under "control" and I think now that you have pointed other things for me to try for the fatigue......

Again thanks...

ITs under resources already

I plan on changing the way I take my pills and see if it helps to take them the way suggested.

It will be intresting to say the least. Like i have always taken the coenzyme q10 but not in between meals.

Thank you very much for posting that. I was taking some of the supplements but stopped. So I'm going to start taking them again and see how I do.

Thanks again!

I am glad this was helpful to you.

I wish i had found it long ago.

so much trial and error was wasted before i found some of these.

I am intrested in there way of taking them.

I currently have my Coqu10 mixed in my multivitamin. I may get some extra to try it between meals like it suggests.

MagPrincess replied to MagPrincess's response:
Okay so I have added lecithin and bought a separate bottle of Co enzyme Q10 to take between meals.

Interestingly enough lecithin on the bottle said supports brain and nervous system health.

We shall see....................................

Have you tried any of these yet

I have started taking the CoQ10 in between meals. I don't really notice a difference and the funny thing is the bottle says to take with meals.

also Really don't notice a difference wtih the lecithin either.

Oh well

believein vitamins, too much research to ignore. i take co q ten once a day, i can do it twice, but they are really expensive. my script meds alone nearly break me. takin between meals is likely impossible. im so busy @work, i often dont have ladies room breaks: & have 2 rush 2 look 4 time 2scramble 2 purse for pain pillsj often way too late...
