I have been preaching the same things about additive, etc. It does make a huge difference, when I took all of those things out of my familys diet I lost over 20 lbs. and I was not even trying to, not that I didnt need to. But my daughter has adhd and it is has helped her tremendously. I have fm and when I eat food with "sludge" It makes me feel horrilbe. There are studies going on that show that food dye triggers adhd, but now they are seeing that it might also me a cause. All the more reason to eat natural and organic.
Fill your life with simple joys :)
