has anyone ever heard of activation where they insert needles into your muscles with a quick swab as the needles come out to have get rid of your pain that we all suffer with fibromyalgia??

I went to the site for which you provided a link, (thank you so much).

It specified that this was for pain caused by an injury to the muscle. I do not understand how this would apply to FMS? I frequently have pain but no injury. They said that the pain is relieved until/unless the area is re-injured. This makes sense if one is treating a sprain or a strain to an area, but this does not always apply to FMS.
