    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Excellent Book to read Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofascial Pain by Devin Starlanyl and Mary Ellen Copeland. It hits it all nothing left out and describes in a way we all can understand. Gave to my dr to check out even he went and got it and sent on to the other two people who have it in the office. Our doctors are puzzled by this desease and they too appreciate the knowledge of others in helping us help each other. Good luck all. The pain never ending the sleepnessness felt and the abilities slowed down. Every day a new day a new challenge , we can do it.

I have the book..haven't read it yet. Copeland is a very good author, she has also written several books on depression and manic depression. Her emphasis in all her books is on developing coping skills. She is very authentic because she has all these illnessness herself.
