Put a tennis ball in a sock and roll your back,shoulders,etc.. on it, on a wall. Apply pressure as needed. An instant massage...I am lovin it!

A few years back when my pain was more of a deep muscle pain I would use my dog's tennis ball & it it did feel awesome. However, I did'nt use a sock & I would lye on the carpeted floor & place the ball on my lats-sometimes too much pressure & I would hurt myself! I cannot tolerate any type of massage or pressure anymore as my pain feels more like deep bone pain now. Weird how it changes.

The lady who gives me massages for muscle knots from fibro recommended this "treatment" too.
