    i just started looking into all the information i can get. i just read many peoples traveling tips and started to cry. i juwst found out how sick i am and this helped me to realize that there are others out there like me!!! i wish i had these tips a few months ago when i attempted a 350 mile trip. i could not walk for days after that. i thank all of u who has posted, i plan to read your tips daily to help me better understand what i need to do. God Bless all of you.
