    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Office chair with wheels
    Old1now posted:
I have started to use the office chair from my computer area to sit in when I unload the dishwasher and when I sort laundry. That way I don't have to squat or stay bent over. I can just scoot the chair back and forth to move things from one area to another. At first I thought I was just being lazy but I have less pain doing things this way and I don't get as tired. I hate the idea that loading and unloading the dishwasher wipes me out,but that's how it is.

I like your idea. I use a step stool to sit and use my front-loading washer/dryer. Bending over, and especially squating, are hard on us.

My kitchen chairs are on wheels and my husband used it to help clean the frisge...and then I took the idea. You are at just the right height to SEE what you need and little bending involved.

OH thank you for a new tool for the fmily......good idea for us to try as well.

    Thanks again.....Nancy B
