The apartment complex pool was opened last week...hooray..!! I am ecstatic that I get do my work-out with water resistance. I have my water noodle....and have already some exercises I do with it. When I tire from the different exercises, i can lie on the noodle and float.....which is great. The other day I was trying to think a exercise when you bring your knees to your chest. I hoping that will work for the stomach. Another thing, when standing, I can make a U shape with the noodle by pushing either side....that works the upper arms. When I am tired, then I go and lay out for a while and read for a while. Love those lazy hazy summer days.
