What do you guys have for your pre-workout meal? Do you change it for your cardio / weight days?

I have 6-7 Digestive biscuits with a glass of milk. It's the fastest think I could could come up with. It's the same for weight/cardio days.

You can also add some coffee. I think caffeine is also good for workout, so you can have that before your routine. Though there has been speculations on that, it has been effective for me.

Cardio by the way is not that good for workout, not unless you are doing the workout to boost your stamina. I think it's only good for endurance exercises.

My pre-workout meal will be Oatmeal/milk and fruits to keep me moving. sometimes I replace breakfast with a protein shake for my cardio/weight days. the important part is never skip meals...your body needs fuel to keep you going all day long. if you are the get up and to go busy person, this is just a suggestion not recommended try a protein shake for your pre-workout plan.
