I just started using the tracker and like it however, I cannot seem to enter past days. How do I fix this?

I'm glad you are liking the tracker - I use it too and it has been helpful and motivating.

When you go into the Food Log or the Fitness Log, the date will appear with a small square calendar. Click onto that and a calendar with appear with arrows where you can go to a month then click on the date in that month. You should be good to go.
