Yes, squats will help with glute (both front and rear squats - bar across your chest and across your shoulders). I also suggest lunges (bar on shoulders or dumbbells in hands) and step-ups like on stairs. Xenadrine is a bad idea and you should stop. You don't need an amphetamine effect, and you can spend your money better. Xenadrine can be dangerous, and at 19 this is the time to develop healthy eating and workout and sleep habits. You should not be working on shortcuts to fitness, especially when it's potentially dangerous for your health. If you need a boost of energy before you work out you could have a cup of coffee. Also you don't need any weight loss, not any, so Xenadrine is unnecessary. Your BMI is 25 (You can read about BMI here http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ .) 25 is a normal, healthy body weight, and if you continue to lose you will lose muscle, exactly the thing you do not want to happen if you want to shape your physique. You might even gain a few pounds from muscle. That would be desirable and help shape you. Exercise builds muscle, reduces fat, and shapes your physique. That's what's important and what will help you achieve your goals.

Feel free to post back if you have more questions.

Take care,
Rich
