Hi Ginger,

I'm sorry for your difficulties. I am hesitant to recommend any exercises in a situation like yours without seeing you. I don't want to suggest something that might hurt you. It's important to see someone move with an injury like this to prevent problems. Instead, I suggest that you ask your doctor for a referral to physical therapy. A physical therapist is trained to evaluate and prescribe exercise for conditions like yours. Go ahead and contact your doctor. Good luck with it. Rich
