If your belly feels okay then yes, it's okay. Some people have difficulty exercising after eating, but if you're comfortable, then it's okay. If you find you run low on energy during your workout, and that's why you're eating beforehnd, then you can try just a small snack about 30 minutes before you exercise. And staying hydrated will help keep your hunger in check. Take care, Rich
