pain in the balls and toes of both of my feet while exercising
sdmazur posted:
For as long as I can remember, when I join a group exercise class like pilates or step ect, my feet ache at times. It doesn't matter if I wear shoes or am barefoot. It doesn't happen while running or biking. Can anyone tell me what this is, why it's happening and what I can do about it?

thank you

Possibly, this could be the cause...

No, I have ruled out Plantar fasciitis, because I have no heel pain and only get the pain in my toes and balls of my feet while doing certain exercises.

I don't know why it's happening. For that you should speak with your doctor and perhaps you need a referral to a podiatrist.

Feet have lots of muscles and they can be weak, but it's possible to strengthen them. Here are some sites with strengthening exercises. This may not solve the problem, but pretty much it's always a good idea to improve strength.

Go ahead and give your doctor a call and see what he or she recommends

Take care,
