For as long as I can remember, when I join a group exercise class like pilates or step ect, my feet ache at times. It doesn't matter if I wear shoes or am barefoot. It doesn't happen while running or biking. Can anyone tell me what this is, why it's happening and what I can do about it?
I don't know why it's happening. For that you should speak with your doctor and perhaps you need a referral to a podiatrist.
Feet have lots of muscles and they can be weak, but it's possible to strengthen them. Here are some sites with strengthening exercises. This may not solve the problem, but pretty much it's always a good idea to improve strength.
Go ahead and give your doctor a call and see what he or she recommends
