exercising and sinus infection

have a minor sinus infection-- have not exercised in two days. would it bw ok to run 2 slow miles in early morning?

Sorry for the delay, just getting back to the board. Generally infections above the neck and exercise is okay; below is not (like a cough), but sinus infections are different and you can get sicker if you exercise. You should check in with your doctor on this. Feel better.
