Difficulty doing push-ups

Rashanii posted:
Whenever I do pushups, my wrists begin to hurt extremely bad. In my line of work, I spend 8 hours a day on a computer, and I'm wondering if there is a way that I can do pushups that would not cause me pain. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Pushup bars will immediately solve your problem. Put the heel of your hand on the top so that your wrist remains almost perfectly straight.

Let me know what you think once you get them. Rich
