Of course you should include strength-training when trying to lose weight!

Wow, "doctor" sahasrangshu . Thank you for the common sense things basically everybody with a brain knows. We're not even talking about that, we're talking about best time of day to exercise.

Anyone who says not to do strength-training while losing weight is an idiot. I have never heard any expert or professional tell you not to do strength-training. They all say the opposite! If you don't strength-train, you will lose muscle instead of fat and you will lose weight slower because toning muscle makes your body burn more calories every day.
