    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? I am a 52 year old woman in good shape. I run a 5k in about 30 minutes without effort. Lately I have been swimming more than running, though yesterday I ran on pavement for about 30 minutes at a good clip to get in a quick workout in a busy day. I live in Phoenix and the outdoor temp was about 85. After I finished, I had the taste of blood in my mouth, though no visible blood in my saliva.

    Should I be concerned?
