if i loose weight by excersising will my skin get saggy?
previously I lost weight by probably not eating or excersing, if I start excersing and full body work out now will my skin stop saggying?

If you lose weight slowly, the chance of your skin sagging is less. Everyone is different and there's no guarantee, but if you are younger in age and lose weight at a slow pace, you might not have any sagging to worry about!

Drink lots of water to prevent sagging of skin. Go for bottled water instead of tap. Also, make your diet more nutritious.
