Can micro-exercise really help losing weight?

Hi, I sit in front of my computer all day long and have gained lots of weight recently. I bump into this website ( ) that is promoting micro-exercise (they call it deskercise). My questions is, can micro-exercise really help losing weight?

You need to get your heart rate up for 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes. It's not just weight that you need to be interested in, but heart health is important as well. Please see my page for weight loss suggestions:

To be honest, anything is better then nothing, but the bigger picture is diet. Even if you were to go to the gym 6 days a week, if your diet isn't in check your results will be slow at best. Diet is the biggest part of the equation by far. Stick to it and it gets easier. I've recently lost a lot of weight, and I notice the better I stick to my diet, the better I feel and less I crave the junk. I run a website with a ton of healthy high protein meals that are easy to make, check it out at there are a lot of easy to follow recipes, with more being added all the time. A lot of them can be made early in the week, and stored so you have ready to go meals. Try to get your diet in check, and watch the weight fall back off.

Well.. I have never heard of it... I have always considered chiropractic care for weight losing programs. It is very effective and doesn't has any sort of side effects.

The people who eat "meat fat" know it's not healthy...The do it because they like the taste.

No chiropractor (or doctor) can change that unfortunate fact.
