Hello, my name is Angela Lynn. I'm a NASM Weight Loss Specialist. I would love to tell you or show you ways that you can exercise in a chair. In my personal opinion, you need to strengthen the ligaments around your knees to help with the knee pain. Also, being a Certified Weight Loss Specialist, I can't give you menus but I can tell you what kinds of foods you should be eating, help you set goals, and lose some weight.

See my facebook page at:

I have all kinds of suggestions there and I'm willing to talk to you one and one.

Eat better! You'd be surprised how easy it is to shed the weight when you take eating correctly seriously. Just making some good changes to your diet could get you started in the right direction of losing those 100 lbs, and I bet with less weight, your disabilities would not go away, but affect your life much less, and possibily help you get moving again. Check out for some healthy recipes to help get you on track.

Eat 4-5 smaller meals daily instead of 3 big meals. Consume more of fresh vegetables and fruits and avoid packaged food. You can also try for protein and fat burner supplements to reduce your fat. Follow strict diet plan:
