My goal is to drop 35 pounds (2 lbs per week) but I have not been able to hit the calorie intake make of 1435 per day. This is usually due to my exercising. I run quite a bit and where I should burn 250 cals daily I have been burning in excess of 400 cals or so from just running 4 miles, which is a short distance for me. How do I do this?
