    building muscles after sleeve gastrectomy
    kay5aled posted:
I had my sleeve gastrectomy in may 12th, 2013 . lost now up to 77 pounds. I am 6' 4" tall and currently weigh 275.5 pounds.

I feel like I have lost alot of muscle mass along with the weight, as it is to be expected.

but I would like to ask if it's possible that after this "restrictive" type surgery. is it possible to build a fit and ripped body.

and also if i need like 200 grams of protein a day, can i safely take them in the form of protein shake? because as you know it's impossible to eat the required amount after such a surgery.

    please advise...
    thank you
