Antidepresent Medications vs. Cortisol levels...

I recently started taking an antidepresent and the thought came to me, would it have any effect on controlling cortisol levels in my body as well. Given that cortisol is produced from stress, etc. and excess cortisol makes the body store fat. I was curious if anyone has done/seen any research on this. Logic tells me that if the stressers were reduced via the medication, that cortisol levels would drop as well.

Any info would be appreciated!
