Walking vs Running

Is it best to walk for 2 minutes and then run 3 minutes and vice versa?

Exercising regularly with a walk/run program is best way to maintain fitness. However, there is no thumb of rule for the ratio of running to walking. In a general we can take a ratio of 15 minutes running to 3 minutes walking seems and this work well for many people and is a good starting point.
