I experience explosive bouts of loose stool after running about 2 miles, each and every time I run.This also occurs with walking, particularly when shopping. My GI dr. has recommended that I increase my fiber by eating high fiber cereal, taking 2 tsps fiber supplement, and a probiotic pill daily to decrease these episodes. But, I seem to have more of them now with the recommended changes. I also have a rectocele and prolapsed cervix that she feels are non contributory to the problem, but I can't help but feel they are.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions of how I can resolve this problem.
