    frequent dislocating shoulder

    I am a 23 year old male both of my shoulders dislocate randomly all the time are there any excercises or anything i can to to stop this from happening

    Building strength will help stop the dislocations, so I hope someone has a good suggestion for exercises. Remember, start slow and easy. High rep, low weight at first. Exercise bands, light weights, stretching. It would help to know what kinds of things cause your dislocations.
