    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    For me - it's all about the circuit training. I love getting my cardio and resistance training done at the same time.

    Circuit training is where you spend 30-45 seconds at one weightlifting machine or resistance exercise (like crunches or dumbbells) and then move quickly to the next. It's what they do at Curves. It's a great aerobic and resistance exercise in one and you can do it without stressing your knees. If you belong to a gym a trainer can design a circuit program for you.
