    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    If you run out of energy during your workout and it's been more than 3-4 hours since your last meal or snack then you should have at least a snack. If you don't run out of energy then it's ok without food. Some people can work out on a full stomach while others can only do a snack.
