You need fuel as the day wears on. Handfuls of Almonds, peanuts, fresh fruit, string cheese, all are good snacks. Go to Dr. Oz and read some of his recommendations - a lot of his dietary guidelines would fit you very well. You can use a computer so look up how many calories you need each day for your height & weight; and good sources of protein.
Plus you are not doing enough intense exercise for your age. You should be lifting weights and doing exercises to strengthen your core. The elliptical is great, but you need to push it harder & maybe twice a day. You are coasting because you are only 20 years old...get in shape now, it only gets harder as you get older. Do some research!
