Help with Shin splints

Stretching your calves Salt water every day for at least half an hour Ice your shins regularly, try 3 times a day See a physio to learn to strap it and get book a massage for them

I am a runner and I had shin splints for 6 months, I find salt water every day and some anti-inflammatory muscle cream really help my shins and now I no longer have shin splints Hope this helps
