Exhausted early in the day since I started exercising

I started exercising about a week ago (10 minutes of warmup/cool down + 30 minutes of medium/high intensity zero-impact cardio, followed by 60-80 minutes of low intensity cardio) and since then I've been feeling extremely tired very early in the day. I'm a 22 year old male with no health problems, my BMI is normal (22.5) but my body fat percentage is high (about 19%, which is why I started exercising). Anyway, since I began exercising I feel exhausted after being awake for for only 7 or 8 hours. I sleep for between 7 and 9 hours and I wake up naturally (don't need an alarm), so I don't understand why I get tired so early. I'm not dieting or starving myself, so I don't think it's because I'm low on energy.

Any ideas?

If you have not changed your diet at all but added it almost 2 hours of cardio, then yeah, you are low on energy.

Why so much cardio? Cut the cardio to 30 minutes and do it AFTER spending the other 60 to 80 minutes liftin some heavy weights. You will see a much more beneficial change that way.
