Staying fit when sidelined by injury.

Long story short I got injured earlier this week while running around with my dog and dislocated my knee cap (very badly) and now have a not-so-handy set of crutches and a leg brace and walking is not much of an option. I was told it'd be about four weeks of healing time, plus rehab before I was back to normal. Until then, does anyone have any tips for exercise? I'm doing some weight lifting with my arms but that's about it. Before this, I exercised an hour a day cardio and did weight lifting three times a week as well as other activities so sitting around here is driving me nutty! By the same token, I don't want to do anything that could do anything else to my knee.

(Also, I'm 22 so as you can guess I'm so BORED!)
